Hesap açmam gerekiyor mu?
Hayır. Zoday ilk açılışta anonim olarak çalışmaya başlar. E-posta, şifre veya telefon numarası istemiyoruz. Verilerini yeni bir Android cihazda geri yüklemek istersen Google ile isteğe bağlı olarak hesabını koruyabilirsin.
Eski hesabımı nasıl geri yüklerim?
Onboarding veya hesap koruma ekranında Google ile giriş yap. Bu Google hesabına bağlı eski Zoday hesabın varsa geçmişin ve abonelik durumun geri gelir. Bu cihazda anonim olarak oluşturduğun veriler eski hesapla otomatik birleşmez.
Kişisel gökyüzü takvimim görünmüyor
Bugün veya Döngüler ekranını aşağı çekerek yenile. Doğum tarihin kaydedilmiş olmalı; kesin dönüş saati için doğum saati de gerekir. Hâlâ görünmüyorsa internet bağlantını kontrol et ve sorun sürerse bize yaz.
Check-in ve günlük kayıtlarım özel mi?
Evet. Ruh hâli, enerji, odak ve notların hesabına bağlı özel kayıtlardır. Yorum üreten yapay zekâya, bildirim metinlerine veya paylaşım kartlarına gönderilmez. Günlüğünü Plus olmadan da okuyabilir, düzenleyebilir, dışa aktarabilir ve silebilirsin.
Kişisel örüntüler ne anlama geliyor?
Örüntüler yalnızca kendi check-in geçmişindeki birlikte görülme ve ortalamaları betimler. Ay'ın duygularına neden olduğunu veya bir sağlık sonucu çıkardığını iddia etmez. Karşılaştırmalar görünmeden önce ekranda yazan asgari örnek sayısı gerekir.
Yükselen burcum çıkmıyor
Yükselen burç için doğum saatin ve doğum yerin gerekir. Ayarlar > Profil bölümünden ekleyebilirsin.
Zoday Plus aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
Android / Google Play: Google Play > profil simgesi > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler > Zoday yolunu aç. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edersen yenilenmez. Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar > Aboneliği yönet seçeneği Google Play abonelik ekranını açar.
Satın aldım ama Plus açılmadı
Önce satın alma yaptığın Google Play hesabının cihazda açık olduğunu kontrol et. Ardından Ayarlar > Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneğini dene. Eski bir Zoday hesabın varsa önce Google ile o hesaba giriş yapıp geri yüklemeyi yeniden dene. Düzelmezse satın alma tarihiyle bize yaz.
Bildirim gelmiyor
Android: Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Zoday > Bildirimler bölümünden izni kontrol et. Ardından Profil ekranında kişisel Ay dönüşü ve günlük check-in hatırlatıcılarını ayrı ayrı açabilirsin. Her ikisi de varsayılan olarak kapalıdır.
Verilerimi indirebilir veya silebilir miyim?
Evet, ikisi de uygulama içinde ve anında: Profil > Verilerimi indir (JSON) ve Profil > Hesabımı sil. Silme işlemi profilini, günlük kayıtlarını, yorumlarını, sevdiklerini ve bağlı hizmet kayıtlarını kalıcı olarak kaldırır; geri alınamaz. Google Play aboneliği ayrıca mağaza ayarlarından iptal edilene kadar devam eder. Google ile giriş yaptıysan Zoday kimliğin silinir; Google hesabın silinmez ve Google yetkisinin iptal edildiğini vaat etmeyiz. Bunun için bize e-posta atmana gerek yok.
Konumum saklanıyor mu?
Cihaz konumun saklanmaz. İzin vermeyi seçersen konum cihazında yaklaşık 1 kilometre hassasiyetine yuvarlanır, isteğe bağlı geleneksel bir yoruma şehir ve mevsim eklemek için bir kez kullanılır ve sonra atılır. Bunun yerine bir şehir seçersen şehir merkezinin yaklaşık koordinatları profilinde saklanır.

Frequently asked
Do I need an account?
No. Zoday signs in anonymously on first launch. We do not ask for an email address, password or phone number. If you want to restore data on a new Android device, you can optionally protect the account with Google.
How do I restore an older account?
On onboarding or the account-protection screen, sign in with Google. If that Google account is linked to an older Zoday account, its history and subscription state return. Anonymous data made on this device is not automatically merged into that account.
My personal celestial calendar is not showing
Pull down to refresh Today or Cycles. Your birth date must be saved, and an exact return time also requires your birth time. If it still does not appear, check your internet connection and write to us if the problem continues.
Are my check-ins and journal entries private?
Yes. Mood, energy, focus and notes are private records tied to your account. They are not sent to the AI that generates optional readings, notification text, or share cards. You can read, edit, export and delete your journal without Plus.
What do personal patterns mean?
Patterns only describe averages and co-occurrences in your own check-in history. They do not claim that the Moon caused a feeling or infer a health outcome. Comparisons appear only after the minimum sample shown in the app is available.
My rising sign is missing
A rising sign needs your birth time and birth place. You can add both under Settings > Profile.
How do I cancel Zoday Plus?
Android / Google Play: go to Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Zoday. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops renewal. Settings > Manage subscription in the app opens the Google Play subscription screen.
I paid but Plus didn't unlock
First check that the Google Play account used for the purchase is active on the device. Then try Settings > Restore purchases. If you have an older Zoday account, sign in to it with Google first and try Restore purchases again. If that doesn't help, email us with the purchase date.
I'm not getting notifications
Android: check Settings > Apps > Zoday > Notifications. Then use Profile to enable personal lunar-return and daily check-in reminders independently. Both are off by default.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes, both from inside the app and immediately: Profile > Download my data (JSON) and Profile > Delete my account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, journal, readings, loved ones and linked service records and cannot be undone. A Google Play subscription continues until you separately cancel it in Google Play subscription settings. If you linked Google, your Zoday identity is removed; your Google account is not deleted and Zoday does not claim to revoke Google authorization. You do not need to email us for either.
Is my location stored?
Your device location is not stored. If you grant access, it is rounded on the device to roughly one-kilometre precision, used once to add city and season to an optional traditional reading, and then discarded. If you choose a city instead, the approximate city-centre coordinates are saved in your profile.
